All Course Reservations:

• A reservation will be made upon receipt of either:
  • a completed and signed booking form, faxed or posted
  • a completed booking form sent online
  • a phone booking
• Payment must be made (in £ sterling) electronically using the following detail [Bank: Lloyds plc / Acc.: Mesh-4-Safety Limited / Acc No.: 00059808 / S-Code: 30-91-60], or by cheque made payable to "Mesh-4-Safety Ltd", or by credit card (call us to arrange).
• Full payment must be received prior to course registration requirements (NEBOSH 8 weeks prior to exam date - IOSH prior to course commencement).
• Written cancellations received at least 28 days prior to the event will receive a full refund less a £50 admin charge and any registration costs already incurred (NEBOSH), those received between 28 & 14 days prior to the event will receive a 75% refund (less £50), after this time only a 50% refund will be made (less £50).
• Substitutions may be made anytime; with the exception of NEBOSH courses where any substitutions must be made 8 weeks before the exam date (see NEBOSH specific exam registration warning).
• A booking may be carried forward to a future course at no cost other than registration costs already incurred (NEBOSH) and a £50 admin charge.
• Mesh-4-Safety reserves the right, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, to alter the content and timing of the course program, the speakers, the date or the venue. In the unlikely event of a cancellation a full refund will be given.
